RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns after 30 days of purchase will be refunded as credit points. Original shipping or delivery charges, if any, are not refundable.

Please email our Customer Services Team at hello@mgcderma.com with your order number, contact information, and reason for return or exchange.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Upon authorization of your return request, please use the pre-paid shipping label provided by Customer Services.

Please return your item to us by recorded delivery (you can do this at your local post office or postal center). Please keep your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.

Make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same outer packaging you received them in.

We’ll be in touch within 4-5 working days of receipt of your package with your refund, replacement, or exchange details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we’ve got your items, we’ll check them and process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method within 4-5 business days. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for processing.

Please note that we cannot refund delivery or shipping charges.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you received the wrong item, let us know as soon as possible so we can exchange it for the correct item.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns on beauty devices unless they are defective.

EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

If the product you are exchanging costs more than your original product, we will refund the balance to your original method of payment. If the product you are exchanging costs less, we will charge you for the additional cost.

For faster service, we recommend returning the initial product, and once that return has been processed, making a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
